Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nature Morte Avec Lys Et Photo by Tamara de Lempicka was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2012. The price achieved of GBP 217,250.00 (€ 269,007.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 180,000.00 – 250,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tamara de Lempicka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait de Marjorie Ferry in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 16,380,000.00 (€ 18,984,457.14).

Die Arbeit Nature Morte Avec Lys Et Photo von Tamara de Lempicka kam im Juni 2012 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 217.250,00 (€ 269.007,22) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 180.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tamara de Lempicka erzielen.
