This artwork by Alberto Magnelli achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in December 2009. In the Art Impressionniste et Moderne auction, the work Explosion lyrique no. C sold for EUR 421,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alberto Magnelli - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Toilette, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 916,000.00 (€ 1,359,297.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alberto Magnelli erzielte im Dezember 2009 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne wurde die Arbeit Explosion lyrique no. C für EUR 421.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 200.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Alberto Magnelli mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Toilette beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 916.000,00 (€ 1.359.297,93) versteigert wurde.
