Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Fruit & Fruit Garments by Aya Takano was sold in the Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART auction at Christies in Hong Kong in June 2020. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 56,250.00 (€ 6,460.91). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aya Takano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sweetness In The Dark (Painted In 2009) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 420,000.00 (€ 428,902.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Fruit & Fruit Garments von Aya Takano wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 56.250,00 (€ 6.460,91) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aya Takano erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sweetness In The Dark (Painted In 2009) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 420.000,00 (€ 428.902,17).
