Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Livella Orizzontale by Giovanni Anselmo was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art and Collection Jef Verheyen and Dani Franque auction at Sothebys in Milan in May 2007. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,560.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Anselmo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Torsione in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 6,437,000.00 (€ 5,855,011.82).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Livella Orizzontale von Giovanni Anselmo wurde im Mai 2007 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art and Collection Jef Verheyen and Dani Franque bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Anselmo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Torsione im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.437.000,00 (€ 5.855.011,82).
