Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Who Cares Wins by Harland Miller was sold in the Post War and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Christies in London in July 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 162,500.00 (€ 190,564.94). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Harland Miller - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Murder - We've All Done It, which sold at auction in October 2021 for GBP 325,000.00 (€ 385,037.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Who Cares Wins von Harland Miller wurde im Juli 2021 in der Auktion Post War and Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 150.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 162.500,00 (€ 190.564,94) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Harland Miller mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Murder - We've All Done It beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für GBP 325.000,00 (€ 385.037,22) versteigert wurde.
