Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Schoorl by Harrie Kuyten for EUR 14,340.00. This price was achieved in the auction Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Harrie Kuyten - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work View Of The Thorbeckeplein Amsterdam, which sold at auction in September 2007 for EUR 31,450.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2004 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Schoorl von Harrie Kuyten für EUR 14.340,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Harrie Kuyten mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit View Of The Thorbeckeplein Amsterdam beobachtet, die im September 2007 für EUR 31.450,00 versteigert wurde.
