Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Lisa Sanditz could be acquired at Phillips in London in April 2017 for an unexpectedly low price. In the New Now auction, the work Ameristar changed hands for GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,226.59) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lisa Sanditz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Christmas Tree Farm in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 9,635.15).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lisa Sanditz konnte im April 2017 bei Phillips in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion New Now wechselte die Arbeit Ameristar für GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.226,59) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lisa Sanditz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Christmas Tree Farm im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 9.635,15).
