Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2007 Christies in New York held the auction Impressionist And Modern ArtDay Sale, which included the work Amoureux et fleurs à Saint-Paul-de-Vence by Marc Chagall. It changed hands for a price of USD 265,000.00 (€ 180,419.39) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 220,000.00 – 280,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marc Chagall achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Amoureux in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 28,453,000.00 (€ 23,914,103.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2007 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Impressionist And Modern ArtDay Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Amoureux et fleurs à Saint-Paul-de-Vence von Marc Chagall zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 265.000,00 (€ 180.419,39) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 220.000,00 – 280.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marc Chagall erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Amoureux im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 28.453.000,00 (€ 23.914.103,21).
