The auction ended at the price of EUR 15,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Philippe Cognée - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Vanité No. 6, which sold at auction in October 2021 for EUR 37,500.00.
