It achieved a price of USD 106,250.00 (€ 91,045.42), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sigmar Polke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dschungel (Jungle) in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 27,130,000.00 (€ 24,677,096.60).
