It achieved a price of HKD 450,000.00 (€ 49,527.82), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 29%. Other works by Wu Shanzhuan have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 875,000.00 (€ 81,380.68) in April 2014 for the work Paradise.

Die Arbeit Today No Water von Wu Shanzhuan wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Contemporary Art – Day Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 450.000,00 (€ 49.527,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 29%. Andere Arbeiten von Wu Shanzhuan haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 875.000,00 (€ 81.380,68) im April 2014 für die Arbeit Paradise beobachtet.
