Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Branche d'amandier en fleur by Achille Laugé was auctioned at Sothebys in London in March 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 138,600.00 (€ 162,819.30), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Admittedly, works by Achille Laugé have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La route in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 809,000.00 (€ 948,068.14).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Branche d'amandier en fleur von Achille Laugé kam im März 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 138.600,00 (€ 162.819,30) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Achille Laugé auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La route im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 809.000,00 (€ 948.068,14).
