Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Männerbildnis by Erich Heckel was auctioned at Christies in London in March this year. The price achieved of GBP 32,760.00 (€ 37,270.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 28,000.00 – 45,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Erich Heckel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blühende Apfelbäume in February 2018 with an auction result of GBP 1,508,750.00 (€ 1,704,340.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Männerbildnis von Erich Heckel kam im März diesen Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 32.760,00 (€ 37.270,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 28.000,00 – 45.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Erich Heckel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blühende Apfelbäume im Februar 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.508.750,00 (€ 1.704.340,14).
