In the German Post War | ONLINE ONLY auction, the work Wintersonne im Engadin. sold for EUR 1,980.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Günther Uecker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 2,629,000.00 (€ 3,080,928.49).

In der Auktion German Post War | ONLINE ONLY wurde die Arbeit Wintersonne im Engadin. für EUR 1.980,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Günther Uecker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629.000,00 (€ 3.080.928,49).
