The work Gravure 26 - 1953 by Hans Hartung was sold in the Limited Edition auction at Artcurial in May this year. It achieved a price of EUR 2,099.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 75 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hans Hartung achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work T1956-13 in December 2017 with an auction result of EUR 2,691,250.00.

Die Arbeit Gravure 26 - 1953 von Hans Hartung wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Limited Edition bei Artcurial versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.099,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 75 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hans Hartung erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit T1956-13 im Dezember 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.691.250,00.
