The work El Monte by Ivan Morley was sold in the Contemporary Art Day auction at Phillips in London in February 2010. It achieved a price of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 9,761.44), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ivan Morley - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A True Tale, which sold at auction in April 2018 for GBP 17,500.00 (€ 19,930.64).

Die Arbeit El Monte von Ivan Morley wurde im Februar 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day bei Phillips in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 8.750,00 (€ 9.761,44) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Ivan Morley mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A True Tale beobachtet, die im April 2018 für GBP 17.500,00 (€ 19.930,64) versteigert wurde.
