Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2019 Christies in London held the auction First Open | Online, which included the work Fusion of Movement 3 by Jeppe Hein. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,770.29), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jeppe Hein achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 3-Dimensional Circle Illuminated in May this year with an auction result of USD 120,650.00 (€ 113,243.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion First Open | Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fusion of Movement 3 von Jeppe Hein zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 6.770,29) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jeppe Hein erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 3-Dimensional Circle Illuminated im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 120.650,00 (€ 113.243,85).
