Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2014 Christies in Paris held the auction Art Contemporain, which included the work Sans Titre by Jiro Yoshihara. The price achieved of EUR 97,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jiro Yoshihara have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Work in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 4,880,000.00 (€ 570,114.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2014 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Art Contemporain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre von Jiro Yoshihara zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 97.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jiro Yoshihara auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Work im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.880.000,00 (€ 570.114,11).
