This artwork by Luigi Boïllé achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in December 2014. In the Art Contemporain auction, the work Peinture Bleu-Vert No. 1 sold for EUR 11,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Luigi Boïllé - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Rosso, which sold at auction in June this year for EUR 32,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 88 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Luigi Boïllé erzielte im Dezember 2014 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art Contemporain wurde die Arbeit Peinture Bleu-Vert No. 1 für EUR 11.250,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Luigi Boïllé mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Rosso beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für EUR 32.000,00 versteigert wurde.
