Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Le joueur de flute, 1957 by Marc Chagall was sold in the Prints & Multiples Online auction at Bonhams in London in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 4,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 4,864.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marc Chagall achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Amoureux in November 2017 with an auction result of USD 28,453,000.00 (€ 23,914,103.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Le joueur de flute, 1957 von Marc Chagall wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Prints & Multiples Online bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 4.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 4.864,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marc Chagall erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Amoureux im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 28.453.000,00 (€ 23.914.103,21).
