Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March this year Christies in London held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale, which included the work Le Havre by Raoul Dufy. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 250,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 277,200.00 (€ 315,368.54). Admittedly, works by Raoul Dufy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day and Works on Paper Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Havre von Raoul Dufy zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 250.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 277.200,00 (€ 315.368,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
