The work Tondo 2020 by Ron Arad was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in April 2021. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 138,600.00 (€ 159,430.32), 73% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Ron Arad; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot London Papardelle sold at auction in October 2008 with the realized price of GBP 139,250.00 (€ 177,493.79).

Die Arbeit Tondo 2020 von Ron Arad wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 138.600,00 (€ 159.430,32) und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Ron Arad; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit London Papardelle im Oktober 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 139.250,00 (€ 177.493,79).
