Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hamadryades mimétiques arborescentes, 1971 by Salvador Dalí was sold in the Prints & Multiples Online auction at Bonhams in London in October this year. The price achieved of EUR 704.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Salvador Dalí achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait De Paul Éluard in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 13,481,250.00 (€ 15,879,784.58).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Hamadryades mimétiques arborescentes, 1971 von Salvador Dalí wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Prints & Multiples Online bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 704,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Salvador Dalí erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait De Paul Éluard im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 13.481.250,00 (€ 15.879.784,58).
