Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Sante D'Orazio could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary, Stockholm auction, the work "Pamela Andersson, Hollywood 2000, Bamboo Nude #1" changed hands for SEK 100,000.00 (€ 11,222.99) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 120,000.00 – 140,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sante D'Orazio have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pam Grid #1, 2010 in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 99,750.00 (€ 75,751.82).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sante D'Orazio konnte im November 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary, Stockholm wechselte die Arbeit "Pamela Andersson, Hollywood 2000, Bamboo Nude #1" für SEK 100.000,00 (€ 11.222,99) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 120.000,00 – 140.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sante D'Orazio auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pam Grid #1, 2010 im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 99.750,00 (€ 75.751,82).
