Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2016 Phillips in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Batman by Tyler Shields. The price achieved of USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,203.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Tyler Shields have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2019 the work Mouthful, 2017 was auctioned for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,705.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2016 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Batman von Tyler Shields zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 14.203,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden.
