Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Rosebush by Wolf Kahn was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,320.00 (€ 18,690.21). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wolf Kahn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Atlantic Highlands in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 212,500.00 (€ 188,269.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Rosebush von Wolf Kahn wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 20.320,00 (€ 18.690,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wolf Kahn erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Atlantic Highlands im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 212.500,00 (€ 188.269,69).
