The work Castigno by Aboudia was auctioned at Christies in London in June this year. It achieved a price of GBP 93,240.00 (€ 108,515.31), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Admittedly, works by Aboudia have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in July last year with an auction result of GBP 504,000.00 (€ 601,865.52).

Die Arbeit Castigno von Aboudia kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 93.240,00 (€ 108.515,31) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aboudia auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 504.000,00 (€ 601.865,52).
