Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2014 Christies in London held the auction Prints & Multiples, which included the work A Collection Of Nudes by Anders Leonard Zorn. The price achieved of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 4,505.66) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anders Leonard Zorn achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Söndagsmorgon" (Sunday morning) in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 30,000,000.00 (€ 2,926,312.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion Prints & Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Collection Of Nudes von Anders Leonard Zorn zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 4.505,66) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anders Leonard Zorn erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Söndagsmorgon" (Sunday morning) im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 30.000.000,00 (€ 2.926.312,07).
