This artwork by François Arnal achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in October this year. In the Prints & Multiples Online auction, the work Lampe, 1992 sold for EUR 281.60 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 150.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by François Arnal achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans titre in December 2011 with an auction result of EUR 18,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von François Arnal erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Prints & Multiples Online wurde die Arbeit Lampe, 1992 für EUR 281,60 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 150,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von François Arnal erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans titre im Dezember 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 18.750,00.
