Auction result misses estimated price range
In March this year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Heinz Mack for GBP 44,450.00 (€ 50,570.46). This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Heinz Mack achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Kleiner Urwald. in November 2018 with an auction result of EUR 1,190,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Heinz Mack für GBP 44.450,00 (€ 50.570,46) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Heinz Mack erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Kleiner Urwald. im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.190.000,00.
