Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March last year Phillips in New York held the auction New Now, which included the work Stunned by Julia Chiang. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,160.00 (€ 18,173.62). Other works by Julia Chiang have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 33,020.00 (€ 30,371.60) in March this year for the work Never Get Stuck.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Phillips in New York die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Stunned von Julia Chiang zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 20.160,00 (€ 18.173,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Julia Chiang haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 33.020,00 (€ 30.371,60) im März diesen Jahres für die Arbeit Never Get Stuck beobachtet.
