Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work La Peur Du Desir by Piero Pizzi Cannella for EUR 5,250.00. This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art at Sothebys in Milan and was even below the estimate range of EUR 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Piero Pizzi Cannella have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Trittico, Le Perle in May 2011 with an auction result of EUR 27,150.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2008 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit La Peur Du Desir von Piero Pizzi Cannella für EUR 5.250,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Piero Pizzi Cannella auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Trittico, Le Perle im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.150,00.
