A top price for Ted Croner - as previously expected
In 2009 Phillips in New York held the auction New York New York, which included the work Taxi, New York by Ted Croner. The price achieved of USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,916.10) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Taxi, New York is the most expensive artwork by Ted Croner that we have observed at auctions so far.
