In May 2018 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale), which included the work Interior by Xiao Rusong. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 812,500.00 (€ 88,769.28), 63% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Xiao Rusong; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Still Life by The Window sold at auction in May 2018 with the realized price of HKD 1,375,000.00 (€ 150,224.94).

Im Mai 2018 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Interior von Xiao Rusong zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 812.500,00 (€ 88.769,28) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Xiao Rusong; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Still Life by The Window im Mai 2018 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 1.375.000,00 (€ 150.224,94).
