The work Untitled (Who Snatched the Babies) by Nara Yoshitomo was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 56,508.52), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nara Yoshitomo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Knife Behind Back in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 195,969,000.00 (€ 22,398,966.83).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Who Snatched the Babies) von Nara Yoshitomo kam im Juni 2018 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 56.508,52) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nara Yoshitomo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Knife Behind Back im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 195.969.000,00 (€ 22.398.966,83).
