The work Study of Perspective - White House by Ai Weiwei was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction auction at Christies in London in February 2016. It achieved a price of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 64,068.83), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ai Weiwei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Circle of Animals / Zodiac Heads in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 3,442,500.00 (€ 4,853,881.79).

Die Arbeit Study of Perspective - White House von Ai Weiwei wurde im Februar 2016 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction bei Christies in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 50.000,00 (€ 64.068,83) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ai Weiwei erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Circle of Animals / Zodiac Heads im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.442.500,00 (€ 4.853.881,79).
