In May this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included this untitled work by Carl Otto Hultén. The result of SEK 10,000.00 (€ 861.65) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Carl Otto Hultén have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Blått samlag" in November 2018 with an auction result of SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,882.36).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Carl Otto Hultén zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 10.000,00 (€ 861,65) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Carl Otto Hultén auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Blått samlag" im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.882,36).
