The work MBC 14-2000 by Frank Nitsche was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in October 2013. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 13,750.00 (€ 16,252.39), 72% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Frank Nitsche - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work OGY-12-2004, which sold at auction in October 2006 for GBP 28,800.00 (€ 43,029.77).

Die Arbeit MBC 14-2000 von Frank Nitsche wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 16.252,39) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Frank Nitsche mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit OGY-12-2004 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2006 für GBP 28.800,00 (€ 43.029,77) versteigert wurde.
