Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Jinx by Jason Martin was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 11,875.00 (€ 13,186.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jason Martin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Origin in July this year with an auction result of GBP 114,300.00 (€ 133,353.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Jinx von Jason Martin kam im Oktober 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 11.875,00 (€ 13.186,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jason Martin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Origin im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 114.300,00 (€ 133.353,46).
