Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Steles: Steles, & Farben by Johnny Friedlaender was sold in the Old Master & Decorative, Modern & Contemporary Prints auction at Christies in London in December 2010. The price achieved of GBP 625.00 (€ 725.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Admittedly, works by Johnny Friedlaender have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composition VIII in April 2013 with an auction result of EUR 6,250.00.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 625,00 (€ 725,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden.
