Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Rinko Kawauchi was auctioned at Phillips in New York in October 2008. Here, the upper estimate of USD 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,281.34). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rinko Kawauchi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Aila, 2004 in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 11,500.00 (€ 13,904.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Rinko Kawauchi kam im Oktober 2008 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.281,34) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rinko Kawauchi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Aila, 2004 im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 11.500,00 (€ 13.904,36).
