In November 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Cocoteros by Armando Reverón. The »bidding war« ended at USD 150,000.00 (€ 136,128.51), 25% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Armando Reverón have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Desnudo Detrás De La Mantilla in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 872,500.00 (€ 705,677.77).

Im November 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cocoteros von Armando Reverón zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 150.000,00 (€ 136.128,51) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Armando Reverón auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Desnudo Detrás De La Mantilla im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 872.500,00 (€ 705.677,77).
