Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Roger Broders could be acquired at Bonhams in Los Angeles in June this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Prints & Multiples auction, the work La Route des Alpes changed hands for USD 960.00 (€ 879.12) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Roger Broders achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Sports D'Hiver A St.Pierre De Chartreuse in January 2012 with an auction result of GBP 32,450.00 (€ 39,164.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Roger Broders konnte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Prints & Multiples wechselte die Arbeit La Route des Alpes für USD 960,00 (€ 879,12) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Roger Broders erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Sports D'Hiver A St.Pierre De Chartreuse im Januar 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.450,00 (€ 39.164,74).
