Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work „Keepkeptrages“. by Stanley Boxer for EUR 976.00. This price was achieved in the auction Auktionen 207-214 - Third Floor - Schätzwerte bis EUR 3.000 at Grisebach and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stanley Boxer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lafayette Blush in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,506.82).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit „Keepkeptrages“. von Stanley Boxer für EUR 976,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Auktionen 207-214 - Third Floor - Schätzwerte bis EUR 3.000 bei Grisebach erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stanley Boxer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lafayette Blush im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.506,82).
