This work without title by Francisco Leiro was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2005. It achieved a price of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,216.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 40%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francisco Leiro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rapaz con banqueta in October 2005 with an auction result of EUR 66,000.00.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Francisco Leiro kam im April 2005 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.200,00 (€ 6.216,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 40%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francisco Leiro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rapaz con banqueta im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 66.000,00.
