Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ohne Titel. 2008. by John Armleder was auctioned at Koller in December 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 800.00 – 1,000.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 813.00 (€ 785.34) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Armleder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chabasite in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 221,000.00 (€ 198,473.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ohne Titel. 2008. von John Armleder kam im Dezember 2021 bei Koller zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 800,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 813,00 (€ 785,34) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von John Armleder erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chabasite im Mai 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 221.000,00 (€ 198.473,28).
