The work Modèle et grande sculpture de dos, from La Suite Vollard by Pablo Picasso was auctioned at Bonhams in May this year. It achieved a price of USD 9,562.50 (€ 8,975.50), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 74%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pablo Picasso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les femmes d'Alger (Version 'O') in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 179,365,000.00 (€ 163,148,080.77).
