Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,900.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Philippe Ramette achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Balcon 1 - 1996 in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 40,300.00.

Die Arbeit Miroir Deforme - 2002 von Philippe Ramette wurde im Mai 2016 in der Auktion Limited Edition bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.900,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Philippe Ramette erzielen.
