In September 2010 Christies in London held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Jason Martin by Simon Linke. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,783.03), 43% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Simon Linke - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Contemporary Art Part I, which sold at auction in December 2010 for USD 25,000.00 (€ 18,840.91).

Im September 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jason Martin von Simon Linke zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.783,03) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Simon Linke mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Contemporary Art Part I beobachtet, die im Dezember 2010 für USD 25.000,00 (€ 18.840,91) versteigert wurde.
