The work Eye for an Eye by Tunga was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2019. It achieved a price of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,104.77), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Tunga have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Palíndromo incesto in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 149,000.00 (€ 109,237.54).

Die Arbeit Eye for an Eye von Tunga kam im September 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.104,77) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tunga auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Palíndromo incesto im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 149.000,00 (€ 109.237,54).
